Our Golden Moon

The moon three days before Christmas and all was going well. We rushed out of our back door to take a picture of the moon. It was magnificent. She had had two weeks of no pain, and her vision had cleared up much to her happiness. Three days before Christmas, Deanna suffered another round of painful corneal rejection. We now have drops made from her own blood and another drop that is compounded especially for her condition. She wanted to enjoy the holidays but sadly, things took a turn for the worse. Hopefully this week, will be the turning point in whether all the medicine she is taking has halted the rejection and get her on the course of proper healing.

She has severe blood vessels criss-crossing the surface of her eyes and didn't want to show them at this time. She is thinking of you all and wishes you well.
